Co-operation partners


In the same building with Alajärvi Upper Secondary School there is also Alajärvi Comprehensive School Upper Levels, Music College, Open College and the Vocational Institute and Nelimarkka Art Academy nearby.

There is also co-operation with other schools of secondary education in Järviseutu, the Lake District, and with the Upper Secondary Summer School maintained by the Järviseutu Open College. The students of Alajärvi Upper Secondary School can choose courses in the Vocational Institute. Those students who have completed courses in Alajärvi Music College can use up to 6 courses for their studies in upper secondary school.

Courses completed in Järviseutu Upper Secondary Summer School are acceptable in Alajärvi Upper Secondary School. Some of the studies of the Nelimarkka Art Academy are can be accepted in upper secondary school.
