Monday
Our journey begins at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. We arrived at the Airport three hours earlier than our flight leave to London. Our flight is a direct flight from a Norwegian Airline. They cost a total of 165,80 euros. Our flight departs five over eight in the morning and arrives to London ten over nine. We go shopping for overpriced snacks for the flight. We arrived in London in Gatwick Airport in the right time. The Airport is really noisy because there are lots of people. We take our suitcases and we go out to see if our taxi has come to pick up us. We go to taxi and we travel to our Airbnb split-level studio flat. Our taxi journey last one hour and our journey cost 45 pound.
We arrive at our apartment where our houst is waiting for us with the keys of the apartment. After getting the keys we go inside the apartment. Our apartment locate on London´s Balham, Streatham borders. We rented our apartment from Airbnb App. Our apartment costs 157 euros per night so the whole week costs us 1099 euros. Then we go to buy a little food from the grocery shop because we have a horrible hunger and we want to go eat to a restaurant later. After the grocery shopping we were really tired of early wake-up and flight so we decided to sleep a couple of hours of nap. After the naps we decide to explore the London Underground Traffic. Luckily our houst was telling us that Brixton´s Victoria line is the nearest underground starion in our apartment so we go there to buy both oyster cards.
We go to the underground station by bus that costs £ 1.5 per person. Our bus leaves from Becmead Avenue 13.09 and the journey takes 24 minutes to the underground station. We arrived at the underground station on schedule. Then we go to buy the oyster cards from the ticket machine. We have to pay a five-pound deposit on the cards and load time on our cards. One oyster card costs £ 33. After buying the cards we neter the cards through the ticket port reader so we can pass through the gate to the quay. We follow signs to the dock of our choice. We go from Brixton´s Victoria line station to Oxford Circus station on a line called Victoria. After reaching the Oxford Circus station, we go for a walk to the restaurant where we go to eat.
We look at the directions on Google Maps and start tracking them to get to the restaurant. Walk takes ten minutes. We go to an restaurant called Ahi poke where you can order someone ready dose or assemble your own dose. We gather our own doses of vegan options in the restaurant. After eating, we go out to shop for clothing. After a couple of hours of shopping we go back to the our apartment because we both get tired. We go back to our apartment in the same way as we come to the city center. When we get back to the apartment we go to bed.
