There are four bases.



You score points by getting runs.



A home run is scored by reaching third base in one go.



A home run is scored by reaching home base in one go.



The pitcher throws the ball straight upwards.



The batter has three attempts to hit the ball.



You have to run when you hit the ball.



You can choose whether to run or try again.



After the third strike, you must start running no matter what.



You must try to reach the next base before the ball is thrown to the fielder in that base.



When reaching the base, you have to touch a cushion.



When reaching the base, you have to cross the line.



If you're safe in a base and the next runner reaches the same base, you are forced to advance.



You might get run out, thet is,forced to run when it's not safe to do so.



Catching a ball before it hits the ground means that all the runners have to get to home base.
