Today we will start to do an Easter egg picture. This work covers weeks 13 and 14, so you do not have to finish it in one day. I want to remind all the children who cannot do Easter art: you can replace the Easter eggs with something else, for instance fruit.




For this artwork you need:
- white paper
- colours (coloured pencils, felt tip pens or crayons)
- water colour (if you have that at home)
- wall paper or something else like newspaper for the basket
- glue

1. Draw 5 or 6 colourful Easter eggs to a white paper.
2. Cut them out.
3. Take another piece of paper, A4 or A3 size.
4. Wash the paper with water colour (=laveeraa paperi vesivärillä) or use a coloured sheet of paper. Please use a bright colour, like pink, yellow, light green etc.
5. Let the paper dry after washing.
6. Draw willow branches to the background.
7. Place the easter eggs to the picture.
8. Make the basket from wallpaper or newspaper.
Korinpunontaohjeet suomeksi:
Leikkaa tapetista (tai sanomalehdestä tai muusta paperista) noin 20x13 cm pala. Leikkaa siihen viillot tasaisin välein. Leikkaa toisesta paperista suikaleita ja pujottele ne viiltojen väliin koripinnaksi. Suikaleet on hyvä liimata päistään.
9. Liimaa kori päällimmäiseksi työhön.
