Creating a form module:

  1. Click on the “Other tool” button when editing a page. 
  2. Click on the “Form module” option.
  3. Give your form module a title and a (optional) description. Remember to click “Save” when you are finished.
  4. You can now add forms to the module by clicking on the “Create a new form” button.
