Järjestyssääntöjen pohjalta koulu laatii omat järjestyssääntöjä konkretisoivat toimintaohjeet. Opettaja voi yhdessä oppilaiden kanssa laatia luokka- tai ryhmäkohtaisia käytänteitä.
Luokat pohtivat toimintaohjeita ja oppilaskunta kokoaa ne oppilaiden yhteiseksi ehdotukseksi asiasta.
Vanhempainyhdistys keskustelee asiasta omassa kokouksessaan ja henkilökunta omassaan.
