Kindly note that in order to secure a presentation slot in the conference programme, at least one of the abstract authors must register for the conference.

The participation is limited to 120 participants, so we encourage early registration to secure your place. Participation is free of charge, but we warmly recommend attending the conference dinner, which is subject to a separate fee.  Registration is required for all persons attending the conference. 

Abstract authors, we will inform you about the decisions in early May. For all accepted abstacts we have reserved you a spot so no need to worry if the conference is full. We will infrom you more in the "Abstract decision" letter.

Registration is open from April - 31 July at 23:59 (UTC+2).
