Kultavuoren ja Hirsilän koulut saivat kaksivuotisen kansainvälisen hankkeen, jota ne myös koordinoivat. Hankkeen teema on kestävä kehitys, erityisesti luonnosta huolen pitäminen, toisiamme unohtamatta. Mukana on viisi muuta maata: Belgia, Espanja, Kreikka, Kypros ja Romania.
Tämän ja ensi vuoden monialaiset opinnot ja valinnaisaineet on linkitetty hankkeeseen. Tulossa on myös yhteydenpitoa ja ideoiden jakoa kansainvälisissä ryhmissä eTwinningin ja Skypen välityksellä.
Saamme vieraita Suomeen jo 23.-27.9. Meiltä päästään tänä lukuvuonna Kyprokselle ja Kreikkaan ja ensi lukuvuonna matkustetaan muihin hankemaihin. Matkojen tavoite on oppia heidän kestävän kehityksen ohjelmistaan ja käytänteistään.

Kultavuori and Hirsilä schools started a two-year international project that they also are coordinating. The theme of the project is sustainable development, especially taking care of the environment. Social skills are also included in the program.
There are five other countries in the project: Belgium, Spain, Greece, Cyprus and Romania.
Our multi-disciplinary studies and optional studies will be part of the the project this and the following year.
All the students will also cooperate in international groups through eTwinning and Skype.
We will receive visitors from our cooperating countries already between 23 and 27 September. Some of our pupils and teachers will travel to Cyprus and Greece next spring and next school year we will travel to the remaining participant countries. The aim of the travels is to learn about the green programs and habits of the participant schools and about foreign cultures.
