MEDIAEVAL TOWN LIFE ( Aarushi, Fajr, Insherah)

 

  • People could build where ever they wanted.
  • People should throw the trash in the bin instead of the ground.
  • Dogs and pigs helped them to get rid of the rubbish and the junk.
  • People were not hygienic that time.
  • When it rained people had to walk on mud.
  • Fire was the biggest threat.
  • The streets were unpaved.
  • Turku was burnt down more than 20 times.
  • Black Death came to Finland in 1350.
  • There were really less doctors that time.
  • The worst disease was The Black Death. 
  • Sailors and travellers brought diseases to the town because they came from other countries.
  • The doctors were not very educated.
  • The people got help from the friaries, because they had the best medical
  • care.
  • There was to be found, but mostly they even could not be able to help.

  • Barbers are the people who cuts the hair also were sort of surgeons.
  • Bloodletting was a common treatment for all diseases.
