Adjektiivi=millainen?
vertailu:	esimerkit
- lyhyt sana: -er, the -est	small, smaller, the smallest
- kaksitavuinen -y: y->i +-er, the -est	happy, happier, the happiest
- pitkä sana: more, the most	interesting, more interesting, the most interesting
- epäsäännölliset	bad, worse, the worst
- as good as / - better than

Adverbi=miten?
- adjektiivi+ -ly	quietly
- -ic -> -ally	automatically
- ly -> in a -ly way	in a friendly way
-le -> -ly	simply
- poikkeavat	fast = adjektiivi (nopea) ja adverbi (nopeasti)

Epäsuora esitys: väitelause
katso johtolause:
- imperfekti -> aikamuodot muuttuvat	I want to eat -> He said that he wanted to eat
- muista muuttaa pronominit
- muista muuttaa ajan ja paikan määreet	He saw you here yesterday -> He said that he had seen you there the day before.
Epäsuora esitys: kysymys
- sanajärjestys on: kysymys + subjekti + predikaatti	When will you help me? -> I wonder when you will help me.
- ei do, does, did	When do you need help? -> I want to know when you need help.
- don't, doesn't	When don't you need help? -> Tell me when you don't need help.
- jos ei kysymyssanaa -> if + subjekti + predikaatti	Are you here? -> We want to know if you are here.
- huomaa johtolause	Why are you here? -> He asked her why she was there.
Epäsuora esitys: käsky ja kielto
- perusmuoto	Look at the sky! - > He asked me to look at the sky.
- kielto ensin, huomaa pronominit.	Don't talk to me like that. -> She told him not to talk to her like that.
