Open the worksheet: you have to click twice. First it opens as a picture, and when you click again, as a document.
You can print the document on paper, then it's nicer to do the exercices.

Do tasks 1 and 2. Note that in task 2, first complete the text and then listen to check.

You may do more exercices if you like.
