• Share the contacts
• Make a forum for the sharing the communication, materials and schedule
  • Make a WhatsApp group, messenger group or such
  • Make a (real, Google drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or such) folder for the animations´s material
  • Make a calendar for the schedule and share it
