California is a state in America. It has 39.500.000 people living there. Its capital is Sacramento. In California there has been a lot of wild fires lately that have been out of control. They have been so big that they have been seen from the space. This of course is awful and very bad for the climate. The fires have been coursed (caused)  because over 11 000 lightinings have hit the forests in California. Over 360 wild fires have come in California. Over 13 700 firemen have been shutting the fires down. The fires have covered over 9000 square kilometers. The situation might get even more bad (worse) because there will be lightnings coming soon more and more. Over thousands of people have needed to escape from there (their) homes because of the fires. Authorities have said that over 50 big buildings have been damaged on 23.8.2020 so there will be even more now! (Its now 36 700) This is so heartbreaking. A 52-year-old man who is living in California had said that he had had a nightmare in the night. He said that he had not got enny (any) warnings of the fires coming towards the town he was living in. He woke up in the night to a man knocking on his door. We had to leave the house with our pyjamas as fast as we could. I went with my child and left he says. Helicopters have had difficulty landing because of the smoke.
The heat has gone up to 49 in Los Angeles! Creek fire is right now the most aggresive fire in California. The horrible thing about this is that all of the animals are suffering from the fires now. The fires have caused a vintage-effect. People have died as well but I am not sure that how menny (many).
