The Pori Christian School is a private school which is based on Christian values. It operates by permission from the government and compasses the whole basic education. The teaching is directed by enthusiastic teachers and is free of cost. The school and the kindergarten are not affiliated to any particular church but work with them in close co-operation. The school also co-operates with the Pori municipal education board.The school was founded in 1996 and has received governmental assistance since 1999, so there are no tuition fees. It offers high-level basic education based on Christian values in a safe environment. The school takes children’s individuality into consideration and educates healthy and responsible citizens who know their own value and the value of others.
