Physical map
A map is a symbolic depiction highlighting relationships between elements of some space, such as regions and themes.
Maps are usually drawn to a scale. It is expressed as a ratio such as 1:100 000, meaning that 1 of any unit of on the map corresponds exactly, to 100 000 of that same unit on the ground.
