The shorter composition: Write a text between 160 and 240 marks on one of the following topics:


1A. You have moved to a new city to study and don´t know anyone yet. Write an ad about you and your interests to post on a site where students can search for new friends. State also how to contact you.



1B. You took a bus ride from London to Liverpool and lost you backpack on the way. Write a letter to the bus company where you describe your backpack, where and when you lost it, and what it contained. 



1C. A friend of yours from another city is coming to visit her relative here in Joensuu and has requested tips on what to do in Joensuu during the weekend. Write her/him back.



1D. You met a really nice person last weekend at a student party. Write a message to jodel trying to find them :)






The longer composition: Write a texgt between 300 and 450 marks on one of the following topics:


2A. Write a letter to your host family where you thank them for the year you got to spent with them. Tell also about your shared experiences.



2B. Write a blog post about your trip to Lapland and the winter wonderland you got to experience there.



2C. A TV-company has asked for ideas for their next reality show. What would you suggest?



2D. Write short speech to instruct younger students on how to prepare for the test week.
