English Book Club - Winter/Spring 2020

Tuesday 31st March 2020

Due to the prevalent coronavirus situation, we are moving on to distance learning. Even though our lessons have finished I will continue to put some links here for you to read. It is a pity that our face-to-face lessons ended, but this is the safest solution for all - to prevent everyone from spreading the virus as best as we can! Hope you all stay healthy!

We will discuss the book by Deborah Levy.

We also ordered a new book "On Chapel Sands" by Laura Cumming.

Tuesday 21st January 2020

We will discuss the rest of the book "Olive Again" and read 2/3 chapters of the new book "The Man Who Saw Everything" - we will discuss the beginning of this book.

In this lesson, we will also choose another book from a new Book List!

Tuesday 19th November 2019

This is the last lesson of this term, we will choose a new book from the Book Club List, to start reading in 2020.
And discuss the new book (first 3/4 chapters).

The next lesson in the New Year is Tuesday 7th January 2020.
We also chose "The Man who Saw Everything" by Deborah Levy. We will discuss whichever book comes first. (Due to the Postal strike)!!
