Feeling
Every one of us has the right to have both positive and negative feelings. Showing one's feelings is also always allowed.
There are situations when you are happy, joyful or content. At other times, you can feel scared, angry or sad. You can learn to control your feelings through practice. By doing so, you will survive difficult situations more easily.
When showing your emotions, you always run the risk of hurting other people with your words and actions. For example, it is very easy to say hurtful things to others when you are feeling angry. This is why controlling your feelings is important. By learning to take others into consideration even when you are angry or sad, you will become a more mature person that is nicer to be around with.
