Could you tell me what time the train leaves?
On this class we practised indirect questions with sentence cards, and oh, how polite we sounded!
After that we did a listening exercise "Close calls" (Läheltä piti - tilanteita). The topic of that exercise was natural disasters; a topic we dealt with earlier this year in chapter 19. We also did some recap on some other vocabulary in Chapter 19 in the form of pronunciation exercise on page 195 in book "Catching up". At the end of the class we discussed the weather as well as some phenomena connected to it. Perhaps we'll continue with these inspiring conversation cards at the beginning of our next lesson.
Now we are ready to move on to the last chapter in the book, which is called "The Society".
Take a look at pages197 and 198, please. Exercises 2b) and 3a) are your homework for next class.
In case you want to practise indirect questions some more, here's a nice little quiz:

Next time we are going to talk about money, among other things.
Here is a useful website: Money vocabulary
Have a nice week!
