Wish to be a star on stage or behind the scenes?

Our high school has an emphasis on performing arts. We offer a variety of creative courses: drama, acting,set design and music. In addition to minor performances, a big production is created and performed every year: a play, a musical, or a movie. This year’s production is a musical play called ’All Kinds of Stories’.

Do you play ice hockey, floorball or e-sports?

Parkano High School also has an emphasis on sports. We offer you the opportunity of playing ice hockey, floorball or e-sports with the local sports clubs without any fees. You will train during school days and have practice twice a week and one athlete lesson per week. The local sports clubs offer you professional, experienced instructors.  International atmosphere

Every year we have exchange students from different countries visiting us. This year, we have students from Hungary and the United States. Exchange students, as well as the faculty, encourage our own students to go on exchange and to get the same life-enriching experience.

In order to give everyone the chance of experiencing a different culture and applying their studies in practice, we offer our students several possibilities each year. This school year, there will be language trips to Stockholm, London and Barcelona. Additionally, a group of students will host their Hungarian friends and visit Budapest in return. Another group will travel to the island of Crete to get to know the local industries and culture.
