The goal of your Peda.net profile’s ”My workspace” feature is to support lifelong learning by providing a storage space for things that are important to you. Therefore, your workspace and its contents remain in your Peda.net profile even after you leave school. Because of this, your workspace can also be used to create and store content unrelated to your studies.

The ”My workspace” feature is maintained by the Finnish Institute for Educational Research at the University of Jyväskylä. All the data created to the personal workspaces of Peda.net users is stored on University of Jyväskylä’s servers. No information about the workspaces or profiles of Peda.net users is transferred to any third parties.

The student can use the “My workspace” feature to create portfolios about different subjects and hobbies. These portfolios can aid the student when they are applying for schools or jobs.
