My name is Jerker Polso. I work as a university teacher at the Institute of Educational Leadership. Previously I have worked with teacher continuing education in Finland and the United Arab Emirates. My background is in special education and educational management. I have worked at all levels of education although mostly I have been working with basic and primary education. I have a Master’s Degree in Education and MBA in Educational Leadership from the University of Jyväskylä. Currently I am also a part-time doctoral student in the Faculty of Education concentrating on educational leadership in cross-cultural context.
