Upon successful completion this course, the learners are expected to be able to

• identify the nature of different kinds of knowledge in organization,
• develop own understanding about the environments of knowledge in schools,
• clarify the role of the principal dealing with the process of knowledge creation and transfer
• recognize and analyze different roles of school leaders as chief learning officers.
