Learning outcomes

Upon completing this course, learners are expected to understand the meaning of personal beliefs, attitudes, and behaviours within intercultural contexts. The learners should be aware of one's own behaviours and thinking within intercultural contexts and their personal communication style as a leader and as a part of a international / multicultural groups. Further more, the learners should be able to identify and analyze the meaning of culture within developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships in organizational / business contexts.
