Session 7 consists of 7 lectures. This session starts with a lecture on confronting organizational and cultural barriers according to Murphy (2005) chapter 6. In the second lecture, students comment on the course book: Murphy (2005). In the following four lectures, students discuss teacher leadership from the point of view of the organizational and cultural barriers confronting teacher leadership. Topics that were discussed in connection to Finnish society and education system in session 1 arouse students’ interest anew, this time from the point of view of teacher leadership. Also some new topics are introduced.
