At first in this session we shall discuss ethics in education and training. You will have the chance to write your own experiences about ethical factors in your academic training, and also to comment on experiences of others (lecture 1). Then, the lecturer introduces us to one specific African ethical notion called ‘ubuntu’ (lecture 2). After that she describes her 12 characteristics of an ethical school (lecture 3).
