Agenda of the meeting

• Checking missing documents/activities to be finished during this TPM related to learning units
• Every partner country presents the list of the units prepared and/or uploaded to monitor where we are and where documents collected are

• We make the point on missing units and/or assessment grids and/or translations on the shared documents. During the meeting, partners work on what is missing.
• Passing all documents on a stick to the coordinator for the final merge
• Divide in national groups: Filling in the final report on the Google doc – collecting data from all partners. Romanian and Italian partners will work on the Twinspace to structure pages; the German team will have just to do the list of activities done locally. Once finished, they can start to write the teachers report for the booklet*
• Uploading documents on OER Commons
• Put together all agendas of TPMs and LTTAs
• Sending an email with project results to:
  • The European Network on Inclusive Education & Disability, incluD-ed
  • European Network for Corporate Social Responsibility and Disability (CSR+D)
  • Hope For Europe
  • European Network on Independent Living (ENIL)
  • Academic Network of European Disability experts (ANED)
• Organize on Zoom meeting before Xmas holidays – 19th December at 11 AM Brussels time (that mean +1 in Romania, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania)
• Teachers and students involved shoud create brief texts to publish on a final booklet of the project for dissemination goals. Deadline for sending teachers and students report (among the 24 involved): 22nd December
• Files should be sent in .doc/.docx to europroject.icsacconi@gmail.com
• The Italian team will publish the most communicative sentences among the materials received; it could be nice to have a pic of the speaking person. This means that if one country does not send the dissemination sentences, they will not be included in the final dissemination book.
• The timesheets for intellectual outputs which need to be filled have been shown and discussed:

  • A questionnaire was sent for the TPM in Poland (we had missed to send it) and for the TPM iin Vilnius.
  • They have to be filled by all participants in TPM (no group filling, evaluation is personal) by the 25th November 2017.
