Lecture 5 starts with the managerial grid. This model helps the leaders to reflect how to balance the management and leadership work. In the post-industrial time, transformational leadership focuses on the influential relationship among leaders and followers. This notion is collabrotive in nature and leads to real change at the organisational level. In the end, professor and students discuss that in the school, teachers are working closely with students but lack time and opportunities to work with colleagues.
