<content type="html">&lt;div class=&quot;b-listat&quot;&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Career professionals apply guidance theories, taking into account the individual and their context in a client-oriented manner. Competency relating to guidance theories provides the career professional with a foundation for creating goal-oriented enabling and learning processes.
