<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;This lecture goes deeper to the situational leadership model and talks especially about follower readiness.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Before the lecture either print or save on your computer the related power point slides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Assignment before the lecture:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Read from Northouse (2010) chapter 5: Situational approach.
