<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;In Lecture 3, Lecturer Risku deals with the forces supporting teacher leadership according to Murphy (2005) chapter 2. Firstly, evidence shows that bureaucracy has not been able to support schools to reach good results. Organisational change calls for teacher leadership. Building a community of learners with extensive vertical and horizontal collaboration is essential for achieving good results. Secondly, the principal's role has to change.
