A session usually covers a focused topic of main theme of the course as determined by the lecturer. The sessions are different: some emphasize lectures, others readings, one might be a recording on student discussions for you to reflect on. </p> <br/> <span>The course consists of lectures, readings, self-reflection, and final assignment.</span><br/> <br/> <span>Students are required to write on an individual basis assignments or reaction papers to issues concerning the core areas of the course, and a position paper addressing one’s own role as an educational leader.</span><br/> <span>The assignments are described in more detail in pursuance of the appropriate sessions.</span><br/> <br/> <span>Final assignment is to include a comparison between the lectures and your own contextual situation.
