<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;To confront change in theory and practice we need to understand several aspects of leadership and other disciplines. This lecture begins emphasizing the complexity of change phenomenon. After that we describe the origins of organizational behaviour (OB) movement, its development into organizational transformation (OT) approaches.
