<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;In many instances we have learned that defining quality in education is rather difficult. It is problematic should we talk about quality learning outcomes, quality teaching, or quality leadership. In this lecture, professor Tjeldvoll goes even further, he talks about the quality of school leadership training program. This lecture begins with a discussion about how quality can be seen in two ways: “1 Quality as Fitness of Purpose For or 2 Quality as Fitness of Purpose Of”.
