<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;In Lecture 3 you will listen to the presentation on team-level creativity. This is a comparative study conducted by Kurtzberg and Amabile. In this article, the authors compared the individual creativity with the group creativity. They found that the team-based creativity is more effective, because team diversity has an impact on the communication and collaboration. What's worth mentioning is that excessive diversity will also bring conflicts.
