First you will learn that innovation is a time consuming process. It requires specific knowledge and focus. There are five key actions which define the innovation system and its management. They are technological integration, social innovations, process of innovation, organizational change, and strategic development. Pay special attention to Professor Alava's analysis on each key action.</p>
