How does updating a strategy work in practice? How can the community be involved in strategy building? In this lecture Dr Lahtero explains through one case how the municipal strategy is or can be updated. The lecture goes through the new strategy building process in the city of Vantaa. The challenge of building the national curriculum and how the curriculum links to strategy building in education are also discussed.
