The focus of the cultural and symbolic frame is not in what happened, but to find out why things happen and what is the meaning behind. We also learn that culture plays an important role in the leadership realm. Since culture is so powerful that it might support or hinder the organizational development, learning the dynamics of culture is crucial to all the leaders.</p>
