<p>In the last lecture of the session, you will learn the 4 elements of organisational learning. Building up teachers' capacity is the long term strategy which will eventually benefit the students and the society at large. Very importantly, principals should know that teachers also need to learn how to collaborate with each other. In many cases, school principals are both conservatists and change agents. </p>
