Research shows that right brain thinking is important in launching organizational change, but in conducting the change, we need all the dominances. Therefore, in change situations, it is important to have people with different cognitive styles in the team.</p>
<p>At the end of the lecture, we’ll learn the important connection between team’s cognitive styles and strategic leadership. This relationship can be called ‘the cognitive path’ forward, and it reveals significant aspects about the team. </p>
