Lecture 2 Social capital

We all know that increasing our social capital is important. But have we realized that in different context and in within different groups the dynamics of increasing social capital is very different. Diversity plays an important role. In this lecture we discuss especially the various aspects of increasing our own social capital. Towards the end of the lecture, Mr. Spinks also discusses the difficult situation a school might have when it is located in a place with gangs and strong diversity.
