<p>So far in lecture 1-3 we have learned a lot about transformational leadership. Usually, we also develop an idea that it is something we should learn and practise. This might be the case, but now in the last lecture, we learn something very important about it. It is called the blind spot in transformational leadership, and the lecture warn us of the possible pitfalls in the use of transformational leadership.</p>
