<p>Lecture 1 begins with a short recap of the key constructs; we learn the path from a learning organization to organizational learning, and all the way to the community of leaders. The second part of lecture discusses in detail the connection of individual learning to organizational learning. The framework build in the lecture, with an acronym, ITAX, is an important model in understanding the challenges for individual knowledge. </p>
