Lecture four in this session focuses on detailed guidelines in building your leadership philosophy. There will be some readings prior to the lecture. The lecturer will point out some important notions and frameworks from earlier classes and lectures to show the multifaceted connections of leadership philosophy to the roles, responsibilities and the development of any educational leader.

Before any lecture either print or save to your computer the assigned PowerPoint presentation.

Assignment before the lecture: Read from the course book Fullan, M. 2003. The Moral Imperative of School Leadership chapters 1 & 2 to be used as background material in leadership philosophy building.
