<content type="html">&lt;div&gt;In the first lecture we learn that change can be triggered by either negative or positive aspects (called triggers). Then we discuss an important framework called transition curve which describes the human reactions to change. At the end of the lecture you will have the opportunity to think about different reasons for change resistance.
