Lecture 4 Force field and other analysis

When studying this lecture you will get familiar with three analytical model of understanding change. First two are force field analysis and change process by Lewin and the third is evolution and revolution model in organizational life by Greiner. Are they still going strong?

Assignment after the lecture: Write down some comments into reflective report about experiences you have regarding Greiner´s model. Can you fit this frame any organization you know? Have you detected revolutions and evolutions? Try to locate at least one example that fits this model.
