In this lecture professor Tjeldvoll gives a new perspective on the success factors behind Finland’s excellent PISA results. Then he gives us of a detailed perspective to three other educational systems; those from England, China, and Hong Kong. During this important comparative education lecture we also learn about professionalism in general, and about the occupation of teachers as a professional field.
