<p>Human relationship is a critical component of the organisation. Under the new organisational perspective, there is a rising interest in the concept of community instead of individual. Dialogue, questioning, argument, advice,and collective decision making are encouraged in a learning community. Principal should help the teachers to work and learn together. Then you will learn the specific skills to facilitate team work. Trust is the key word in the human relationship building as well as the success of an organisation.</p>
