We get to know the concept of work-domain and domain specific knowledge understanding that different domains need different knowledge and skills. Therefore, creativity is task and domain specific. We are not born all creative - creative thinking can be learned through training. Creative skills include fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, and risk taking. It is crucial to build psychological trust within the organization which encourages people to contribute new ideas and take risks. The third key element in the organizational innovation is emotional power.
