Through two models: the Fiedler’s Contingency Model and Yukl’s Multiple Linkages Model this lecture explains how good results in education are never only about leadership or leadership behaviour. Results in education are combination of many different variables.

1. Reflective report. Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. Reflect especially the leadership situation.
